Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy on FULL PRICED ITEMS, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store-credit only. NO CASH REFUNDS.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

*Certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygienic reasons. These items include jewelry and undergarments, including socks and bodysuits.*

To start a return, you can contact us at studio_on1st@hotmail.com or call us at (306) 493-7025. All returns are also accepted in-store. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Returns are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at studio_on1st@hotmail.com for exchange. Defects must be reported to us before worn or washed - If the item has been worn or washed, it WILL NOT be accepted for exchange.

Exchanges / In-Store Credit
At Studio On 1st, our customers' satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything that we can to ensure your happiness.

All regular priced items are also available for exchange or in-store credit within 14 days of purchase.

ALL SALE ITEMS OR ITEMS PURCHASED WITH AN ONLINE DISCOUNT CODE CANNOT BE RETURNED.

  • Sale items that were purchased for 20% or less can be returned for exchange or in-store credit.
  • Sale items that were purchased for over 20% off are FINAL SALE.

Refunds
We will no longer be accepting refunds. However, we are happy to exchange your item(s) for something else or return for store-credit, as long as it is within 14 days of the original purchase - No exceptions.
